I don’t care how old I get – I will never not love peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The other day I was really craving one, but found myself without any bread. So instead of actually leaving to go buy some, I decided to try making a little bit of a different version with peanut butter, jelly, a few extra ingredients, and my blender. It turned out pretty good. Here’s the recipe:
Peanut Butter and Jelly Shake – ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp jelly (I won’t get into grape vs. strawberry here – you do what you feel is right)
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/3 cup milk
Add those ingredients to the blender. Blend on high for about 20-30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream or sprinkles or something. You’re drinking a pb&j shake so you might as well just go all out, you know? Enjoy!
