I’ve made so many Halloween decorations over the years. But I think out of all of them, this one was the easiest. You only need a few supplies and I think it literally took me two minutes. Here’s how.

DIY Spooky Ghost Decoration – what you need:

• balloon
• white fabric or scarf
• white embroidery thread
• needle
• black sticky-back felt

Take the fabric and drape it over the top of the balloon. Then use some embroidery thread to tie the fabric together at the bottom of the balloon. Take some of your other embroidery thread and use a needle to stitch it through the fabric at the top of the balloon (being very careful not to pop the balloon of course).

Cut three circles out of the sticky-back felt, one that is much larger than the other two. Put the stickers on like two eyes and a mouth. Then tie the embroidery thread at the top of the balloon onto a hook or shelf or wherever. And that’s it! Spooky, huh?
