Hellooooo and welcome to cocktail hour! It’s a monthly feature where I share a simple cocktail recipe and then chat about recent accomplishments. Today I want to share a little variation on a classic Moscow Mule.
I’ve been obsessed with all things citrus recently (probably because I’m trying to will spring and summer to get here faster). So for this recipe, I just added a bit of extra citrus juice. I used lemon and tangerine juice, but if you don’t have tangerine juice regular orange juice will do just fine (please picture me saying that as Ina Garten). Here’s how to make your own!
Moscow Mule With Extra Citrus
Ingredients:
- ice
- vodka
- lime juice
- lemon juice
- tangerine juice
- ginger beer
- lime
Add some ice to a copper mug (I just got a set for Christmas so I’ve been really itching to use them!) then add a shot of vodka, splashes of lime, lemon, and tangerine (or orange) juice, then pour in a bottle of ginger beer and serve. Add a slice of lime for garnish and enjoy!
Now for the cocktail hour…
My major accomplishment for this month has been re-doing this site. It’s definitely still a work in progress but I’m really happy with it so far and I have even more exciting plans for the rest of the month.
One of the biggest things I’ve been working on is the resource library, which you can sign up for here! I’m creating all kinds of great resources for creative biz ladies and in my completely biased opinion it’s totally worth signing up for.
